Fluorine solubility and superconducting properties of Sm(O,F)BiS2 single crystals

Sm(O,F)BiS2 superconducting single crystals with various nominal F contents have been grown using KI-KCl flux. The solid solution limit of at the O-site in was approximately less than 20 at%. concentrations were hardly controlled by contents. It suggests existence intrinsic stable phase. Superconductivity shown around 5 K. Superconducting transition temperature zero resistivity increased increasing within 70 at% O-site, despite similar concentration and c-axis lattice constants.
